About

Assisting local school districts in the education of students with special needs

The Oregon Department of Education established state-wide regional programs to equalize the burden of funding special education services across the state. The purpose of regional services is to assist local school districts in the education of special needs students, although primary responsibility for the education of these students remains with the school district(s) located in each region.

Our Mission

The mission of Columbia Regional Program (CRP) is to support equalizing educational opportunities and access for the individual needs of students requiring special service. Our team fosters life-long learning and promotes personal growth for community integration.

Areas We Serve

CRP serves Clackamas, Hood River, Multnomah and Wasco counties. This region includes densely-populated urban areas as well as rural populations and requires a full range of services. Learn more about the areas we serve.
